The Stage 1 civil construction at Taylors Rise Estate has been progressing at an impressive pace since work commenced in September 2024. Significant strides have been made, with the project advancing rapidly and on schedule. Earthworks and sewer and drainage installations have been completed in Stage 1, and the kerbs are now in place, marking a major milestone in the development process. Additionally, asphalt is currently being laid, bringing the roadways closer to completion and footpaths being constructed.
In addition to the progress on Stage 1, the construction of the Taylors Road signalised intersection and its duplication has also commenced and is moving ahead efficiently. This intersection is a critical step toward enhancing access and connectivity for both the estate and the surrounding community. The future duplication of Taylors Road to the east will improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, and provide safer access to the estate, facilitating smoother connections to surrounding areas.
