We’re pleased to share that Stage 1 civil construction at Taylors Rise Estate is now nearing completion – a significant milestone in the delivery of this vibrant new community. With final works underway, the Statement of Compliance (SOC) is imminent, and titles are expected to be issued shortly, paving the way for settlements and the first wave of future residents.

This progress reflects months of planning, coordination, and execution by our dedicated team and project partners, who have delivered high-quality infrastructure including roads, footpaths, and essential services to support the foundations of Taylors Rise.

Intersection Update: Connecting Taylors Rise to the Region.

In parallel with Stage 1 imminent completion, works continue on the signalised intersection at City Vista Court and the duplication of Taylors Road, forming part of the broader Taylors Road Corridor Upgrade Plan.

This transformative infrastructure project is designed to improve traffic flow, safety, and accessibility along one of the region’s key transport corridors. For Taylors Rise, the new signalised intersection at the estate’s entry will be a vital gateway, improving day-to-day convenience for residents and enhancing long-term connectivity with surrounding suburbs and arterial roads.

With wider roads, better traffic management systems, and improved pedestrian and cyclist access, the upgrade is set to reduce congestion, enhance safety, and support multiple modes of transport – all contributing to a more connected and accessible community.

Construction of the signalised intersection and road duplication is progressing steadily and is scheduled for completion and full operation in early 2026.

We remain committed to keeping the community informed as we move through these exciting next stages. With Stage 1 now almost complete and major infrastructure progressing well, Taylors Rise is well on its way to becoming a thriving, well-connected new neighbourhood in Melbourne’s west.
